ORDER:
Learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise has produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise dated 18.10.2014, which states that the license of the petitioner has been renewed on temporary basis until further orders and subject to the finalization of the appeal by the Government.
2. In view of that, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not any more survive and no further orders are necessary.
