JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner seeks consideration of Ext.P2, which is an application filed for issuance of clearance certificate to vehicle bearing registration No.KL-40-C-5056, which has a regular permit in the route Thiruvarppu Temple - Ernakulam. 2. The learned government Pleader submits that the petitioner had already withdrawn the vehicle from the route and a temporary permit has been issued to a third party.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the withdrawal was only on 07.11.2014.
4. In such circumstance, if the withdrawal is as stated by the petitioner, the authority should consider Ext.P2 application and also direct production of current records W.P.(C) No.29551 of 2014 () 2 of the new vehicle sought to be substituted within 'four months' and on non-production of the same could also effect revocation.
The writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to consider Ext.P2 application and if it is decided to issue clearance certificate, the same shall be issued keeping the permit in suspended animation.
