This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17229 of 2016 on 08.08.2016.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the order dated 08.08.2016 passed by this Court in P.N.PRAKASH, J.
gms Crl.O.P.No.17229 of 2016 has been complied with and that the police have completed the investigation in Cr.No.64 of 2016 and have filed a closure report before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Chidambaram on 29.04.2017. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor also submitted that the police have served RCS notice on the de facto complainant and thereafter, they have filed the closure report before the said Court.
Recording the same, this petition is closed.
