[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to give necessary direction to the respondents 1 to 4 not to allow the respondents 5 to 7 to use the word ?ey;byz;bza;?in their blended oil product, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.
2.Mr.A.Ganesan, learned Central Government Senior Counsel, has taken notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Govindan, learned Special Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents 3 and 4.
3.It is seen from the records that the petitioner has given a representation on 15.06.2016 to the concerned authorities with regard to contentions putforth in the petition and the same has not been considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.
4.In fine, this writ petition is allowed in part without costs and the respondents 3 and 4 are directed to look into the representation dated 15.06.2016 alleged to have been given by the petitioner and if there is any genuine allegation, directed to take further steps within a period of one month. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
