Petitioner challenges the levy of building tax on a residential building constructed by him.

2. However, it is seen that the final orders that were passed against the petitioner are Exts. P7 and P8 and that these orders are dated 29-8-2010 and 29-12-2010.

3. Evidently, therefore, the writ petition is now filed with inordinate delay and for that reason, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Writ petition is dismissed.
