It is alleging wilful disobedience with the directions of this Court in judgment dated 17.10.2013 in W.P.(C).No.13625 of 2013 that this contempt case has been filed. When this matter is taken up for consideration today, the learned Government Pleader handed over a copy of G.O.(RT)No.1646/2014/G.Edn dated 28.4.2014 passed in compliance with the directions in the aforesaid judgment. In the circumstances, recording the said fact, this contempt case is closed.
