JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the contempt petition was called today, Mr.K.V.Dhanapalan, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that in obedience to the order of this Court dated 15.11.2016 passed in W.P.No.10142 of 2013, the third respondent had M.S.RAMESH.J, DP appointed the petitioners as Gang Mazdoors through his proceedings in order No.17/2017/A5 dated 12.06.2017. A copy of the order has been furnished on the learned counsel for the petitioners.
2.In view of the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
