JUDGMENT / ORDER

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. Mr.V.Anandamoorthy, learned Additional Government Pleader [Education] accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
2 The petitioner joined as a Physical Education Teacher, vide proceedings of the Chief Educational Officer, Dharmapuri dated 09.06.2008 and joined in the Government High School, Pellara Halli, Dharmapuri District and on mutual transfer, he was posted at the Government Higher Secondary School, Singampettai, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District and his probation was also declared satisfactorily and the petitioner also got qualified with B.Ed., Degree from the Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, in the year 2015. The petitioner was also visited with disciplinary proceedings and initially, he was placed under suspension and later on, it was revoked and he was transferred to Chennampatti Government Higher Secondary School and he joined the said School on 21.01.2014. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent has not included his name in the promotion panel as B.T. Assistant [Science] as on 01.01.2016 and in this regard, the petitioner, through proper channel, made requisition for inclusion of his name in the promotion panel as B.T. Assistant [Science] and the 3rd respondent has also made a positive recommendations vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.181/2016 dated 04.08.2016 and in Na.Ka.No.179/2016 dated 15.11.2016 respectively. The petitioner has also submitted a representation through proper channel to the 2nd respondent as well as to the Director of School Education, praying for such a relief and since it has not been considered and disposed of, he came forward to file the present writ petition.
3 Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Anandamoorthy, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents.
4 Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the 2nd respondent to take note of the recommendations of the 3rd respondent cited above and pass orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
