Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is on bail in the solitary case shown in the Gang Chart. Applicant is in jail since 17.04.2010.
In view of the above and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I find it to be a fit case for bail.
Let the applicant Muzahir alias Shobi involved in Case Crime No. 214 of 2010, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities Prevention Act, 1986, pertaining to Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Saharanpur, be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
