This writ petition is preferred against the order dated 9.2.2018 passed by Additional Sessions Judge Court No.7, Ghaziabad in Criminal Revision No.149 of 2016, P.S. Bhojpur, District Ghaziabad refusing to summon the respondents no. 2 to 10 for offence under Section 307 IPC.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the order impugned shall not come as an impediment to summon the accused in additional offence if any, subject to evidence at an appropriate stage.
Writ petition is disposed of. However, the Court has not commented on the merits of the claim.
