Order:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of this Court’s Order, dated 28-08- 2013, in WP.No.25229 of 2013, by the respondent.
All the three respondents have filed their respective counter-affidavits wherein they have inter alia stated that in pursuance of the order of this Court referred to above, notices were issued to the petitioner and the neighbouring land owners for fixing boundaries of subject land and that on 28-07- 2014, respondent No.3 has conducted survey and fixed boundaries under Panchanama. It is further stated that the Tahsildar, Thorrur Mandal, thereafter, sent survey report, dated 21.08.2014, to the petitioner.
Mr.Ramidi Sathyanarayana, learned Counsel for the petitioner, while admitting the facts pleaded by the respondents, pointed out that there is a huge delay in complying with the order of this Court. All the respondents have satisfactorily explained the reasons for the delay in complying with the order of this Court.
Inasmuch as the respondents have complied with the order of this Court, the Contempt Case is closed with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies, if she is not satisfied with the survey conducted by the respondents.
