JUDGMENT / ORDER

C.R.Ps PRAYER (in C.R.P.(PD) (MD) No.1751 of 2014): Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed by Additional Sub Court, Kumbakonam in I.A.No.36 of 2013 in H.M.O.P.No.216 of 2012 dated 09.07.2014.
PRAYER (in C.R.P.(PD) (MD) No.1752 of 2014): Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed by Additional Sub Court, Kumbakonam in I.A.No.21 of 2013 in H.M.O.P.No.216 of 2012 dated 09.07.2014.
Learned counsel for the revision petitioner has made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the civil revision petitions as the dispute between the parties concerned is settled out of Court.
2. Recording the endorsement so made, the civil revision petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
