...Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to declare that any further proceedings including the contemplated search and seizure of the gold pledged with the petitioner pursuant to notice dated 18.06.2018 as per Annexure – D in terms of Annexure – C1 to C by the R-1 police is beyond competence and contrary to Section 178 A of the IPC.
This Writ Petition is coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER It is seen that on 10.01.2019 and 12.03.2019 two weeks time was granted to comply with office objections. On 31.07.2019 and 29.08.2019, respectively two weeks and one week time was peremptorily granted to comply with the office objections. Though the time was granted, the office objections have not been complied with till today. Hence, the matter is listed specifically today for orders with reference to peremptory order.
2. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, petition stands dismissed.
