Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent nos.1 and 2; and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated 4.12.2017 registered as Case Crime No.1011 of 2017, under Sections 147, 323, 324, 307, 504 I.P.C., Police Station Jhinjhana, District Shamli.
The allegation made in the impugned FIR discloses commission of cognizable offence and the victim has suffered injures. Hence, the prayer of the petitioner to quash the impugned FIR cannot be accepted.
The petition is dismissed.
