The petitioner, an existing operator conducting services on the route Olavanna - Medical College Hospital with his stage carriage bearing Registration No.KL-17/7184, has filed this writ petition seeking the issue of appropriate directions to consider Ext.P5. According to the petitioner, there is a mistake in the time schedule that has been issued to him. He has therefore submitted Ext.P5 for correction of the mistake. Ext.P5 has not been considered till date. The learned Government Pleader submits that Ext.P5 would be considered.
2. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P5 in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two weeks of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
