JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner apprehends arrest by the Cheemeni police.
2. As per report dated 15.06.2014 of the S.H.O, Cheemeni Police Station, no case is registered against the petitioner. He is not required for any purpose.
3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner also.
4. In the light of the above submission, petitioner cannot have any genuine apprehension of arrest now.
The application is closed without prejudice to the petitioner moving again in case of any apprehension of arrest in future.
