----------------------- Petitioner has applied for issuance of Purchase Certificate before the 1st respondent in respect of the property situated in Re-Survey No.204/45 of Puthussery Central Village of Palakkad Taluk. The application is registered as S.M.No.3118/2014. Petitioner submits all the formalities including the enquiry has been complied with in the matter and the delay in disposing the matter is causing undue hardship to the petitioner.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to conclude the proceedings in SM. 3118/2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
