(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) As prayed for by Mr. H.S. Munshaw, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Panchayat authority, his client is at liberty to file supplementary affidavit disclosing the action already taken pursuant to the earlier order passed by Division Bench of this Court and further action his client proposes to take. Mr.Munshaw's client will also annex photograph showing the present position of the site in question.
Let such affidavit be affirmed by June 19, 2012. Let the matter appear on June 21, 2012.
