JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that, so far as award of maintenance to respondent No.1, Rashidabanu Mohamed Gija, is concerned, arrears in that regard will be deposited with the concerned Court within two weeks from today, whereas respondent No.2, Minor Latika, being a step-daughter, is not entitled to maintenance.
Issue notice returnable on 17.4.2012.
In the meanwhile, there shall be stay with regard to payment of arrears of maintenance to respondent No.2, Minor Latika.
