1. Heard Sri Alok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for applicant and perused the record.
2. The present bail application has been moved by accused- applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 451 of 2015, under Sections 498-A, 304-B IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Masoori, District Ghaziabad.
3. Applicant is the husband and in his house when he and other family members are present, his wife has been found dead due to strangulation. Cause of death is supported by post mortem report. Moreso, FIR has not been lodged by applicant or his family members but by mother of deceased. Looking to entire facts and circumstances, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.
4. Application is accordingly dismissed.
