The allegation in the first information report indicates that 7 sacks of cow meat were recovered from the spot by the police parties. The petitioner was named by one person who was caught by the police. The allegations are serious in nature.
No case is made out for quashing of the first information report. It is open for the petitioner to apply for bail.
The present petition is found devoid of merits and hence dismissed.
