When this appeal is taken up for hearing, learned advocate Mr. Pujara appearing for the respondent No.1 is not present. The matter is of 1995 and it is about deciding rights of the parties to the suit property. However, since Mr. Pujara is not present, in the interest of justice, as a last opportunity, the matter is now kept on 4th October, 2012.
