Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present application for grant of anticipatory bail has been filed by the applicant in case crime No.47 of 2019, under Sections 376, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Mahila Thana, District- Amroha.
The Court notes that the allegation of rape as levelled against the applicant and as made in the FIR have been corroborated in great detail in the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. In that view of the matter, the Court finds no ground to accord the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicant.
Consequently, the application is rejected.
