JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate for the petitioner had requested for hearing on priority basis, i.e. out of turn hearing, yesterday also. Though the request was accepted and granted, at the time of hearing, none of the learned counsel for the parties remained present.
Today, again at 11.00 a.m. request for out of turn hearing was made. The request was accepted and granted. Now, when the petition is called out and taken up for hearing in priority, neither learned advocate for the petitioner nor learned advocate for the NCTE is present.
