Applicant has preferred the present petition for non compliance of the judgment and order dated 20.09.2013 passed in Writ B No. 45585 of 2013 (Muslim Tana Committee, Mohalla Jamalpura, Mauza Sarai Lakhansi Vs. Board of Revenue, U.P. Lucknow and 13 Others).
Today when the matter was taken up, it is informed that affidavits have already been exchanged between the parties.
In the circumstances, learned counsel for the applicant is directed to move application before the Writ Court. If such application is filed, the Writ Court is requested to pass appropriate order in the pending writ petition expeditiously.
In view of the same, present petition is disposed of.
