Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioner no. 2, who is an accused in Case Crime No. 780 of 2018, under Section 363 IPC, P.S. Dhaulana, District Hapur has already been arrested by the police and, therefore, he may be permitted to apply for bail.
In view of above, as also the fact that the petitioner no. 1 is not an accused, the writ petition is disposed off with liberty to petitioner no. 2 to apply for bail.
