As per the order of the Court, the Chief Medical Superintendent, District Hospital, Shahjahanpur, has sent its medical certificate regarding the age of the petitioner. This certificate shows that the age of the petitioner no. 1 is 16 years.
Learned Standing Counsel states that the petitioners cannot be considered to be a married couple.
The petitioners may approach the appropriate forum.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum.
