JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Mr. Chudasama, learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that at the instruction of his client i.e. petitioner he has returned the papers to the petitioner and he is now no more under instruction of the petitioner to appear as advocate. He also submitted that he has, however, not completed the procedure as prescribed under the applicable Rules. Thus, the learned advocate would continue to be advocate of petitioner so long as he is not allowed to retire on his application.

2. Therefore, time is granted to Mr. Chudasama learned advocate to complete procedure prescribed under the applicable Rules and to inform the petitioner about his intention to retire by RPAD and also about the next date of hearing.
