Heard Sri Yaswant Rai, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Vishvajeet Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State.
The only prayer made by Sri Yaswant Rai, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Vishvajeet Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner is that the respondents may provide the answer-sheet of the petitioner in the subjects of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in the Intermediate Examination held in the year 2019.
Learned Standing Counsel has no serious objection to the aforesaid prayer.
The matter is remitted to the respondent No.2-U.P. High School and Intermediate Education Board, Allahabad.
A writ of mandamus is issued commanding the respondent No.2-U.P. High School and Intermediate Education Board, Allahabad to execute the following directions:
I. The petitioner shall submit an application under the R.T.I. Act in the prescribed form and pay the requisite fee for obtaining the answer-sheet in the subjects of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in the Intermediate Examination-2019.
II. In case such an application is made and the requisite payments are also deposited, the respondent No.2-U.P. High School and Intermediate Education Board, Allahabad shall provide copy of the answer-sheet of the petitioner in the subjects of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in the Intermediate Examination-2019 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, a copy of the deposit of requisite fee.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
