THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING ‘B’ GROUP, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Learned counsel for the respondent files a memo stating that the present petition arises out of the order dated 28.10.2016 passed in C.Mis. No.172/2014 by the Additional Family Court, Mysore and that the said C.Mis. No.172/2014 has been disposed of on 27.01.2017. Hence, the present petition does not survive. Learned counsel therefore submits that the petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
Memo is taken on record.
It is noticed that registry has also put up a note stating that C.Mis.172/2014 has been disposed of on 27.01.2017.
In view of the memo and the office note, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
