This petition for writ is preferred to have a direction for District Magistrate, Amroha to decide the representation dated 25.06.2019 submitted by the petitioner to inquire about the development works undertaken in Gram Panchayat Beelna, District Amroha.
Having considered all the facts averred in the petition for writ, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the same by directing the District Magistrate, Amroha to consider and decide the representation referred above in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date the petitioner presents a certified copy of this order before him.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
