The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the recall application dated 18.12.2018 filed under Order 9 rule 7 within the shortest possible time.
Having regard to the facts of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the application under Order 9 Rule 7 C.P.C. expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
