1. This appeal has been filed by sole appellant- Musarraf son of Bhura. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharanpur vide letter dated 23.07.2018, after making inquiry as per this Court's Circular dated 18.01.2017, has informed that sole appellant Musarraf has died on 5.10.2013. The appeal, therefore, stands abated.
2. Dismissed accordingly.
