Heard Sri Subhash Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners.
Sri Yadav submits that petitioner's only grievance is that he has made a representation to the respondent no. 2-District Magistrate/Collector, Ghazipur under the provisions of Section 198-A of U.P.Z.A and L.R. Act, 1950 on 28.09.2020, which is pending before him and therefore, he be directed to decide it in accordance with law within some reasonable time.
Without commenting on the entitlement of the petitioner, this writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2-District Magistrate/Collector, Ghazipur to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner on its merits, if possible, within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of computer generated copy of the order being passed today on PDF form strictly in accordance with law.
In above terms, the writ petition is disposed of.
This Court has not expressed any opinion on the entitlement of the petitioner or on the claims made by the petitioner and same be adjudicated by the Collector strictly in accordance with law.
