THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ADMISSION THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER 1. The HCGP was required to secure instructions with regard to the stage of the case before the Trial Court.
2. Learned HCGP submits that the case is listed for hearing before charge. Hence, learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach this Court in the event the Trial Court passes any adverse orders. A memo is also preferred in that regard.
3. The submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is placed on record. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail of the opportunity before the Trial Court and in the event if the petitioners are aggrieved by the orders to be passed by the Trial Court, they are at liberty to approach this Court.
