The petitioner's vehicle bearing No.PY01X6075 has been seized by the first respondent alleging reclamation of paddy land in contravention to the provisions of Act 28 of 2008. The petitioner approached this Court seeking a direction to release the vehicle.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to conclude the proceedings of confiscation within a period of two months.

The vehicle shall be released to the petitioner on his furnishing a security of 1.5 lakhs either by Bank Guarantee or property.
