JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 03.09.2015 in the light of the Circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011 issued by the first respondent.
2.Heard Mr.Mohammad Imran, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.G.Muthu Kannan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.C.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel for the fourth respondent.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner gave a representation to the respondents 1 to 3, to cancel the settlement deed, dated 18.05.2014. Since no action was taken, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the second respondent is the competent authority and he will pass appropriate orders.
5.In the light of the above submissions, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.09.2015 in the light of the Circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011 issued by the first respondent and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all the necessary parties, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
