O R D E R The instant application is filed seeking impleadment of the respondent to the main application in C.A. No.1188/2015.
2.The cause-title in the main application would indicate that two respondents have already been arrayed. In the instant application in C.A. No.1220/2015 the applicant has sought to explain the reason for which respondent No.2 has been arrayed as a party since according to the applicant the respondent No.2 being the purchaser is a proper and necessary party.
3. In any event since the parties are already on record in the main application, there is no need to pass any specific orders in this application.
Accordingly, C.A. No.1220/2015 is disposed of.
