1. In this application, the applicant seeks fixation of an early date of hearing of Special Criminal Application No.171/2006.

2. Having regard to the averments made in the memorandum of application as well as considering the fact that this is a matter of the year 2006, the application deserves to be allowed and is accordingly allowed.

3. Special Criminal Application No.171/2006 to be listed for final hearing in the week commencing from 18th June, 2012.
