Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to give a direction to the learned court below to conclude the trial in Case No. 2127 of 2006 (Old No. 2177/2001) (State Vs. Mohd Abbas and Others ) arising out of Case Crime No. 351 of 2000, under Sections 323, 324, 504 IPC, Police Station Soraon, District- Allahabad, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- 17th, Allahabad.
Keeping in view that the matter relates to the year 2000, I hereby direct to the court below to gear up the matter and make necessary endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of one year from the date of production of the certified copy of the order after adhering to the provision of law u/s 309 Cr.P.C..
With the aforesaid directions, this 482 Cr.P.C. application is finally disposed of.
