At the very outset, Sri G.P.Singh, learned AGA submits that in the present matter, charge sheet has already been submitted before the competent court on 7.9.2021, as such, the writ petition itself rendered infructuous.

Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous in terms of the aforesaid.
