Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently he could not challenge the order dated 06.01.2020 passed by the respondent no.2-Finance Controller, Irrigation & Water Resources Department, Lucknow.
He submits that the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the order dated 06.01.2020 passed by Finance Controller, Irrigation & Water Resources Department, Lucknow by which his claim for grant of certain grade pay has been rejected.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
