The contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that by means of an order dated 24th January, 2020, one Awadhesh Kumar Pandey, who had preferred a writ petition before this Court was granted the benefit, as is clear from the perusal of the order dated 24th January, 2020. The claim of the petitioners is that they are similarly situated as Shri Awadhesh Kumar Pandey in terms of their services and should be accorded similar benefits as has been extended to him by means of the order dated 24th January, 2020. The claim of the petitioner in that regard is pending consideration before the respondent no. 1.
Considering the fact that the claim of the petitioner is pending consideration, the present writ petition is disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation alongwith a copy of this order before the respondent no. 1. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided by the respondent no. 1 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this order before the respondent no. 1.
The writ petition is disposed off.
