1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
2. Grievance of the petitioner is that her mutation application being Case No. T20121429389 (Murati Devi Vs. Prem Chandra & Ors.) filed under Section 34/35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, has remained pending before respondent no.2/Tehsildar, Zamania, District - Ghazipur, since 19.5.2012. Referring to the order-sheet, it has been submitted that the matter has been delayed not on account of the conduct of the petitioner.
3. Without entering the merits, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that the aforesaid case may be decided, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order, provided the petitioner does not seek any adjournment during that time period and cooperates in the proceedings.
