The petition is absolutely vague. It does not disclose whether an award has been made under Section 3-G (1) of the National Highways Act, 1956 nor does it disclose whether compensation was paid to the private respondents. Even the National Highways Authority of India has not been impleaded as a party.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has, therefore, stated that the writ petition may be dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition with better particulars and after impleading the National Highways Authority of India.
The writ petition, is, accordingly, dismissed with the liberty aforesaid.
