The substitution application is allowed. The legal heirs of sole respondent be brought on record as respondent No. 1/1. Smt. Saroj,W/o Late Harbansh and 1/2. Vibhuti Tiwari, S/o Late Harbansh.
Notices be served upon the legal heirs of sole respondent-Harbansh after effecting necessary correction in the cause tile of the petition within two weeks.
