Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Aggrieved by the order passed by two courts below rejecting the application for temporary injunction, the petitioner has approached this Court.

A perusal of the impugned order go to show that both the courts below have recorded a categorical finding of fact that petitioner has failed to produce any documents which may go to prima facie establish his title or possession over the suit property and thus he has no prima facie case. There appears to be no illegality in the impugned order which may warrant interference by this Court.

The writ petition fails and accordingly stands dismissed.
