JUDGMENT / ORDER

This application prays for correction in the order dated 24.4.2012.
It has been pointed out that an error has occurred in the order, because in the memorandum of bail-application, by error Section 336 I.P.C. came to be typed. In fact, the applicant prayed for bail in the case under Sections 363/366/376 I.P.C.
Reference to Annexure-1 makes the error apparent on the face of record.
Accordingly, the application is allowed.
The order of bail dated 24.4.12 in Case Crime No.345 of 2011, P.S. Pura Kalandar, District Faizabad, shall be read in context of offence under Sections 363/366/376 I.P.C.
