From the perusal of the order dated 18.7.2005 passed by A.C.J.M., Khurza, Bulandshahr in Complaint Case No. 134 of 2001, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 452 I.P.C., I found no illegality in the order.
Therefore, the revision lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
Interim order, if any, is vacated.
