Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Kamal Kesarwani for respondents.
Sole relief claimed in the petition and pressed by learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of argument is to permit the petitioner to pay the outstanding dues of electricity in instalments after exemption of interest.
Considering the facts that the petitioner is an agriculturist, we dispose of the writ petition by permitting the petitioner to pay the entire outstanding dues demanded vide notice dated 10.01.2018 in four instalments of three months each.
